On an organisational level improving the quality of the products and services we offer is sought by the monitoring of customer satisfaction, operational and production quality markers, and by setting target levels for them. We aim to reach target levels by continuous development of the efficiency of our working methods and by seeking and designing better materials and components for our products. We expect our subcontractors to commit to the same principles of quality control and improvement.
